• Up to ₹50 Lakhs for Startups

✍️MoU signed between #JNARDDC and Geological Survey of India #GSI Nagpur Region marking a significant milestone in strengthening India’s geochemical mapping and mineral resource assessment capabilities.
Under the MoU, JNARDDC will undertake the characterization and analysis of approximately 16,000 soil and sediment samples generated as part of GSI’s ongoing national geochemical mapping initiatives. As a state of art laboratory accredited by NABL, JNARDDC will ensure high-quality, reliable, and time-bound analytical results, adhering to stringent national and international testing standards.
The collaboration is expected to play a crucial role in supporting GSI’s broader national objectives under the geochemical mapping programme by providing scientifically robust data for mineral exploration, resource assessment, and informed decision-making. Accurate characterization of soil and sediments will help identify geochemical anomalies, enhance understanding of mineral distribution, and strengthen India’s strategic resource planning.
The MoU was signed by Dr. A. Agnihotri, Director, JNARDDC, and Dr. U. Singh, HoD (Analytical), JNARDDC, along with senior officials Dr. Asim Sagar Datta, Director (Chemistry), Kshiroda Kumar Mohapatra, Director (Chemistry), Dr. Shailendra Chandrawanshi, Director (Chemistry) from GSI.
