@NikeService my Garmin runs, aren’t syncing to my Nike app. I’ve had this problem before and I’ve tried troubleshooting, but I am still having issues, help please? It’s been like this for the past couple days.

@NikeService my NRC app isn’t syncing my garmin runs for some reason. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting and I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it. Now three of my runs in the past week I’ve had to manually add. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue. 😕

@NikeService I am having issues with my garmin not syncing to the NRC app properly. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, disconnecting and reconnecting and restarting my phone. I have 4 runs on garmin that won’t show up on my NRC app. Frustrating. Please help.

@FLDEO I went in to claim my weeks but there is nothing there. There is an option to reapply but when I do it says my claim is still active. Please assist me in getting this resolved. I am still furlonged and will be until October as a result of the pandemic. 😢
