This Thursday's #NightRun is the lovely #HalfintheDark 1/2 marathon, starting at 6pm from the Coed y Brenin centre. Remember head torches and kit (water, jacket, hat etc.). For those who fancy something a little more manageable we have the #AfonTrail (9km) at 6.30pm. All welcome!
