@JohnCleese Why do you fall for this, a search online and you would easily find that South Wales Police reported that a 14-year-old boy from Sandfields and a 15-year-old boy from Bryn were arrested on suspicion of arson. Neither boys being Muslim
@Barlow5Mel@TRobinsonNewEra If the magistrate felt the prosecution had no case, as implied by โare you a prosecutorโ then I doubt Daniel Thomas would have been remanded.
@Barlow5Mel@TRobinsonNewEra Well for a start itโs a magistrate court so no judge. Second the magistrate will ask who is the prosecutor, normal procedure
@drhingram Kerry was charged with murder on the 20th July, appeared before magistrate on 21st July. Daniel Thomas charged with criminal damage on 24th September appeared before magistrate on 25th September. Seems pretty consistent to me. No frothing here ;), just stating facts.
@RupertLowe10 You for one should know as a parliamentary lawmaker that as soon as charge is made by the CPS then the defendant will appear before a magistrate at the next sitting. The process has not been speeded up.
@opinionated_bat@DamianLow3 Kerry was charged with murder on the 20th July, appeared before magistrate on 21st July.
Daniel Thomas charged with criminal damage on 24th September appeared before magistrate on 25th September. Seems pretty consistent to me.
@Tuberoot@TRobinsonNewEra Of course there is no verdict, he has not gone to trial. This was a magistrates hearing to decide whether the case goes to crown court and whether he is remanded in custody. Seems the magistrates have referred him to crown court and remanded him into custody.
@Lyte_House@TRobinsonNewEra Yes this is likely real, but some context you need to consider. First this was a magistrates court, no judges involved. The magistrate would need to determine who the prosecuting counsel is, so asking the question is not so bizarre. Finally Daniel Thomas has been remanded
