As long as I’ve been diagnosed with MS and as long as I’ve been riding in the @MSBikeLedCam I’ve been involved in #BurgersToBeatMS And tomorrow despite all that is going on in the world $2 will be donated to the @MSSocietyCanada from every teen burger!
Today and every day, we encourage you to not only be inspired, but to inspire someone else.
Others are watching — when you refuse to quit or doubt yourself, they are inspired to do the same.
We’re thrilled to see so many QBU shirt photos popping up on our social feeds.

“On a normal day, I can run 6K in 36 minutes, but after 30 hours without sleep, I wasn’t sure if I could do it,” he says. “I started running, and I knew everyone on Zoom supporting me. I could feel it with every step.”
