Great episode of @Preshaah_Frosty this week. Frosty is a lot braver than I am telling people off for dropping litter in the street. I prefer to tut loudly rather than run after them shouting "scuse me mate!" #podcast
Had a "little" gin after work, then ran to the station playing my 'exercise bike playlist' instead of 'running playlist'. Ran 2 minutes faster than usual. 🥵
Glad to see my baseline heart rate is settling down. I had a cold over Christmas and couldn't exercise. Now I've been managing to run 4-5 times a week.

Started with a cold before Christmas and still can't so much as stand up without having a coughing fit, so haven't been running for a while.
Managed half hour on the exercise bike yesterday. Hoping a bit of exercise will open up the lungs ready for when I can hit the road again.
@Preshaah_Frosty Haha! Frosty, I'm assuming you asked AI to depict you as "low budget 80s movie blonde hunk action hero", and The Preshaah as a "hipster barber who thinks he's a Victorian gentleman and is really into beard oil".
I have written a new Christmas song this year and just finished editing the video. Here it is:

Listening to Christmas @numberonererun and Carla mentioned my favourite Christmas song, Lonely Pup in a Christmas Shop. Many years ago me and Owen made a music video...
