Weekly track workout comprised of 4 sets of 600 + 300 repeats. Targets 2:35 and 70. Ran 2:29, 66, 2:35, 66, 2:33, 65, 2:28, 63. Fell short of my goal to run 6-8 sets, but splits were fast. Looking forward to 800's next week. Thanks to my Coach Christian.
