In full honesty, applications are one of the worst ways to find members, but if you were to apply for an smp these are the things I’d personally look for in someone

- Consistently and Quality of content.
For example if they are a steamer I’d like to see a really consistent streaming schedule that’s also slightly diverse, If all someone does is log on pvpHQ and fight then it’s like eh whatever, if someone is a YouTuber however they need to be producing quality videos at a consistent rate

- Size and Brand Connection
As a brand it’s extremely important that people that we bring in can overall benefit us, either A by being large enough to where we they join it’s a big boon for us. But that doesn’t mean neglecting smaller to midsized creators what you do in that scenario is you look into those smaller and midsized creators and if they are making really good content and you think they have the potential to grow bigger you check if they have any affiliation with other brands, if they do not it’s a really good add because as you help them grow by inviting you, their growth also gets tied to the brand and they become a core part of the brand soon enough which is really good.

- Personality
This one’s a bit harder to gauge but I think a really good thing some people do is when they mention moneysmp they talk about the groups overall personality and the humor and what they like about it, and the key note here is they mention how they would be able to fit in very well and also add to the over group dynamic in a positive way

If your doing apps for something I’d research the members involved as well and their overall humor and personalities than simply put. Explain how you’d be consistent, if you’re already consistent than your stats should speak for themselves, then explain how overall you’d benefit the project with your possible long term growth and commitment to the brand. And obviously as said previously how your personality would mesh well with the group.

RUNE OF LAGUZ:
PASSIVE: You always have dolphins' grace and water breathing. and in water/rain, you gain strength 3, in Thunder, you gain additional Speed 3. If you are in a colder biome, you get Strength I and Speed I
ABILITY: You can change the weather to rain or thunder for 1m
