@BlizzardCSEU_EN It seems not only have my tickets regarding my account security have not been responded to but they have been removed from my active and archived tickets so I can't even see any updates on them. I am just asking for access to my account again can someone please help

@BlizzardCSEU_EN I broke my phone and can't access my account due to the authenticator, when I try though the support page the verification is asking for the authenticator (which i cant use) instead of my email.

I have friends who don't like it for the fact that their is no catch up mechanic, when they play solo their teammates just give up on banking, this I can understand but the overall game mode is fun in my opinion. Dust yourself off and try again it's not meant to be easy.
