There is only doing the work.
Even if we work together on a plan, the best I can do is limit the mistakes.
You will still have to do the work
Dad advice

3) Practice, you can always get better
4) Drown out the haters with wins
5) Leave it better then you found it
Training perfectionism is a commitment to quitting when you make a mistake.
Do something, even if it's just the basics.
And it's ok to ask for support.
Lots of running programs treat your like a collection of unrelated parts.
But real speed and endurance comes from the precise coordination of all your joints and muscles to achieve your goal.
Be one with your training!

Getting back to running?
🫠 Don't start with 20km sessions every day that leave you wrecked and sore.
Start with the bare minimum.
Do what you can fit into your day. Make it consistent. Before long you'll be back to big miles!
The truth is that running (done right) is excellent for you and a lack of running ability reveals a lot about your level of fitness, function, and/or health.
