Hayden Panettiere, known for her roles on “Heroes” and in “Scream 4” and “Scream 6,” has died at 36. A cause of death was not immediately known.
“It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of our beloved Hayden. She was an incredible light and a force of nature who brought immeasurable love and joy to all who knew her — and to the millions who watched her onscreen,” her rep told ABC.

If you need a visual as to just how big the Macri crash was, here it is.
Split frame, and that's an axle and wheels just floating in the air underneath the car as it starts to come to rest. #CapitaniClassic
Remembering Bryan Clauson today, who died on this date 10 years ago of injuries suffered in a racing accident.
This is Clauson's first and only attempt to try and make a NASCAR Cup Series race. After rain kept him from qualifying at Charlotte or Atlanta in the fall of 2008, Clauson tried to qualify for his Cup debut at Texas but pounded the wall off Turn 2 on both of his time trial laps and wasn't fast enough to make the field as a result.
Clauson was supposed to run in the Nationwide Series full-time in 2009, but a planned sponsorship deal at Chip Ganassi fell through during the offseason and his team shut down as a result. He proceeded to go open wheel racing instead, building a legacy for himself as a USAC champion, a Chili Bowl winner, and a National Sprint Car Hall of Famer.
Saddened to announce the passing of Dory Funk, Jr.
From the Double Cross Ranch to the @WWE Hall of Fame, Dory’s style inspired countless performers in our industry. Whether it was at WrestleMania 2, WCW, ECW, or the dozens of NWA-affiliated promotions, his travels across North America and Asia were a part of the early blueprint that helped build this business into a global phenomena. A hard-nosed and fierce competitor, his rugged in-ring style was only eclipsed by the decades he spent training athletes to perform in the squared circle he loved so much. My thoughts and those of the entire @WWE Universe are with his loved ones during this difficult time.
