@BibRave My first full did not go as planned. I trained well, but had some IT Band issues and stomach troubles. I finished an hour slower than my goal, but I finished. That night I signed up for another full four months later, and met my goal with 7 minutes to spare. #BibChat

@BibRave It seems like self doubt can be a natural part of sports whether it is running, golf, tennis, or even yoga. Some times I am better at handling it than others. If I had the answer on how to prevent it, I’d write a book, be rich, and host a Bib Rave meetup in Hawaii. 😉
