We've apparently had a 10.6% cut in pay.

At Momentum we've bucked the trend and our coaches have had about a 10% rise this year.

Ran at the Vets AC meeting today. Starter didn't turn up until 45 minutes after our race was due to go off! We were started with a horn and, when it should have been electric, they don't go on Pof10 at all - as no official starter!!!

Everyone is very proud of both of them - a breakthrough season for them and hopefully this is just the beginning.

I've enjoyed working with them both and I know they've also benefitted from their previous coaches - Brian Hopkins and Pat Logan.

Nicole was 6th in the 400mH final, Jaz 5th in the heat and Kira 13th in the 100mH heats.

An outstanding breakthrough today from Kira Holt who improves at Birmingham uni over 100 Hurdles from 14.33 to 13.66 (0.5) - a EU20 qualifier

@hannahcunliffe5 Wind behind is worth about 0.05 per m/s. A headwind slows you down but about 0.10 per m/s.

Both over 100m (harder to calculate for 200s).

Now you can make good approximations about your performances.
