Point A to B was 8.58k (an unbroken section of cycle path) but I know the section across the road is 400m so can make it up to 9k even though I'll finish further away from home. #ukrunchat

@RunningisBS It's either the bulging disc in my back or having just turned 40 but I run like I'm constantly battling a headwind and my legs are tied together just above the knee!

(most likely a combo of both though... f*cking old age)
