@Frashen@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb I'm so sorry!! We've been dealing with @Airbnb and their LIES for 2.5 months. @AirbnbHelp is no help either. The company promised us reimbursement when a booking fell thru & have not kept their word. I cannot imagine the nightmare of hosting with them!!!

@AirbnbHelp I've provided a plethora of details through hours of conversations on the phone & chat. Your company continues to send us in circles & offer "apologies" that you won't honor a promise or even meet us in the middle. Your brazen audacity to ask for more from my family is incredible
@AirbnbHelp I have attempted to "meet you" at every turn: providing receipts, calls, chats, EVERYTHING you've asked but @Airbnb fails to honor their promise to us. You continue to ask your consumers to "meet you" without any work on your part. I will not tolerate any further abuse of power.
