A little tightness in left hammy and probably shouldn’t have run. Two miles at about a 10 min/mile pace with a walk break. Then I tried to push it to a 7.5 min/mile pace. Mistake. Hammy screamed at me and I slowed down. Wasn’t enough. Had to quit early as a precaution.
I will die on this hill: there is nothing wrong with processed food as part of your diet. In order to heal a relationship with food, we need to take away food judgments, and recognize that all foods can be part in moderation. Extremism never works.
It’s Girl Scout Cookie season. Please don’t refuse by saying “no thanks I’m on a diet”.
