Anyone can make your athlete tired.
Run them till they puke, send them home wrecked, call it a great session. That's the easiest thing in the world to do.
My job is harder. Make them measurably better and leave enough in the tank for practice, for the game, for being a person.
Most training is a guess.
I don't hope. I test and I write it down.
We track your numbers over time. So we can see it working, or catch it when it's not and change course.
That's the difference between working out and training.
"He's just not fast."
I hear that about ten year olds. Grown adults. Like it's permanent.
Speed is a skill. It's how you put force into the ground and how your body moves to express it. Every piece of that is trainable.
You are not stuck with the speed you have today.
I train youth athletes in Boca to get faster, stronger, and more explosive.
Everything is measured. Nothing is guessed.
I'll be posting exactly how I do it. Stick around if your kid wants to move different.
@FlyFrontier responds to compliments in minutes and complaints never. So here’s a compliment: you’re remarkably consistent at ignoring the people you’ve let down. Still waiting, just like on the tarmac.
@FlyFrontier both legs of my trip, ruined. Thursday: diverted to Harrisburg, no refuel, forced to self-transport to PHL. Today: F9 4455 PHL–FLL stuck on the plane over an hour because maintenance was done but you can’t update your own system to release the aircraft.
Update on F9 2932: @FlyFrontier diverted us to Harrisburg, left us for hours, and is now telling passengers to find our OWN way to Philadelphia. You flew us to the wrong city and made it our problem. This is how you treat the people who chose you?
@FlyFrontier You put us on F9 2932, you diverted us to Harrisburg, and now you’ve walked away. A plane full of your customers is sitting here trusting someone at your airline to step up. Nobody has. That’s on you, not the weather….. Where is your plan. These things happen.
Update: The captain has come on TWICE now on F9 2932 and still no answer — no fuel ETA, no departure time, nothing. Diverted to Harrisburg , it’s now 8:02PM. We were supposed to land at 3PM. Two announcements, zero information. @FlyFrontier what are we waiting for?
@FlyFrontier F9 2932 FLL–PHL diverted to Harrisburg and we’ve been stuck on the tarmac waiting on a fuel contract. No updates, no clear plan. Passengers deserve communication, not silence. Who’s actually handling this?
