Hi @Radisson had the worst experience in Radisson lucknow. No hot water as the “boiler” apparently was not working, no towels as the washed towels were yet to come in hotel, stinky, smelly rooms with stains on the bedsheets, pillows! Pathetic hotel staff. Broken kettle
