@pow_rebecca @DefraGovUK @theresecoffey It’s only “tougher” if the fines start being sent and the top brass of the water companies personally fined for water pollution - just like the farmers are. Get a fair playing field when dishing out the fines because at the moment, the bigger the corp’, less likely to be fined!
