Contract several US AI and tech companies to run their buggy software on windows 2k.
Duplicate as much work as possible.
Outsource the work to private health.

@Parody_RCGP One of my hospitals boasted about their electronic paperless revolution. We had to print 3 discharge summaries. One for pharmacy, one for patient's notes and one for the ward. The patient wouldn't get one because we were paperless. Make it make sense.

@TreforR The UK has deregulated medicine to an extent unmatched by any other country.
You can do a short course and become a prescriber. Short course and can do minor surgery. Non medical beauticians inject harmful chemicals into bodies with zero anatomical or pharma knowledge.

Basically saying peninsula medical degree is worthless as far as knowledge goes and could be substituted by a 2y course.
