Eh? Just read a worrying report that the City Minister is now ‘concerned’ about the new @TheFCA Consumer Duty rule.

This rule ensures firms “act in customers best interests” and includes “good outcomes” including on price. My ‘concern’ is the regulator won’t introduce it!
