@iZettleUK please can you assist? When a card payment doesn’t go through and staff not picked up as such, the customer has left the retailer, does the non collection of payment show on reports? What does the hand held card machine do to alert us?

@theJeremyVine I was forced to mediate before the group trial. 6 months after I’d sold my PO & shop I was asked to pay £17k! I fought it, went through mediation or PO would prosecute me. I’d topped up thousands over the years when the system showed “losses”
