@DeltyThe73rd 4/4: And the oddball here, Flanker. Most of your team should be the above two, but out of 12 MechWarriors, make one or two Flanker. It's nice for hit and run tactics.
@DeltyThe73rd 3/4: Sharpshooter. Multi-Target, Breaching Shot, and Sensor Lock. Sensor lock is great for scouts, breaching shot is great when you want to hit with one weapon and ignore cover.
@DeltyThe73rd Early game, the best LRM support mech is the Trebuchet. I tend to remove two lasers and some armor. Add extra ammo. Keep it behind cover and moving so it never takes fire. Rinse and repeat until you get a Catapult or Archer later.
