While last night’s result wasn’t what we hoped for, I’m deeply grateful to everyone who supported this campaign.

Thank you for your trust, your friendship, and your belief in a better future for Maryland’s 5th District.

[Rushern L. Baker III @RushernLBaker]

Grateful to spend this Sunday in worship and fellowship with the @mtennonbaptist family and at my home church, Fort Washington Christian Church with Reverend Joseph Clarke.

Great to spend the day with friends, neighbors, and fellow parishioners.

[Rushern L. Baker III @RushernLBaker]

Happy Father’s Day to my dad — a Green Beret, a patriot, and the person who taught me that to make a difference, you have to be willing to step up and serve.

Today, we celebrate all the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures helping shape the next generation. ❤️

A great day celebrating Juneteenth in Calvert, St. Mary’s, and Charles Counties.

Thank you to the Calvert NAACP, the Unified Committee for Afro-American Contributions, and the Charles County Juneteenth Foundation.

[Rushern L. Baker III @RushernLBaker]

It's humbling to see so much support from people who know me and my record.

There's a lot of money in this race, but at the end of the day, what matters most is the trust you've earned over time.

Let's go win this thing.

[Rushern L. Baker III @RushernLBaker]

On Juneteenth, we honor those who fought for freedom and remember that progress has always required people willing to stand up and demand change. I’ll keep fighting to protect voting rights and expand access to the ballot box.

[Rushern L. Baker III @RushernLBaker]

Voters deserve to know why nearly $9M in outside Super PAC money is flooding into #MD05 to support @AdrianBoafoMD.

I was proud to stand w/ fellow candidates @QuincyForMD05 and @libradunn to demand accountability in this race.

Thank you to all the incredible volunteers who have showed up during early voting!

Momentum is growing because this campaign is about the people of Maryland’s 5th District—not special interests, not outside groups, or political insiders.

Let’s keep going.

[Lisa Kashinsky @lisakashinsky]

A trio of candidates in #MD05 are putting Gov. Wes Moore, Sen. Angela Alsobrooks and Rep. Steny Hoyer on notice over the $7.8M in AIPAC- and crypto-linked super PAC spending boosting their endorsee, Adrian Boafo.

Rushern Baker, Quincy Bareebe and Harry Dunn want Boafo to publicly reject the outside cash.

[Patrick Svitek @PatrickSvitek]

Three #MD05 Dem primary candidates — Rushern Baker, Quincy Bareebe & Harry Dunn — have been teaming up to criticize AIPAC- & crypto-linked spending for Adrian Boafo. Yesterday they asked his top endorsers — Moore, Alsobrooks & Hoyer — to intervene, & they just held a joint press call about it.

“This is about the politics we’re willing to accept in Maryland," Baker said.

[Rushern L. Baker III @RushernLBaker]

Thank you to the @gmneboame church family for the warm welcome today.

It was great to join you for worship, share a few words, and spend time with members of the congregation. Thank you for the fellowship, the conversations, and for welcoming me into your community today.

[Rushern L. Baker III @RushernLBaker]

What’s most concerning isn’t just that crypto billionaires are spending millions to elect @AdrianBoafoMD—it’s the conflicts of interest that earned their support in the first place.

These groups want someone in Congress who will work for them.

Delegate Boafo already has.

[Chris Van Hollen @VanHollenForMD]

Voters beware: Marylanders deserve to know just two groups are spending $7.6 MILLION in the Democratic primary in Maryland’s 5th Congressional District to support ONE candidate.

With early voting underway, here’s what you need to know:

[Rushern L. Baker III @RushernLBaker]

Wrapped up Day 1 of early voting today. Great to talk with voters and fellow candidates out on the trail.

A lot of energy out there today and a great reminder of how important it is for everyone to make their voice heard this election season.

[Rushern L. Baker III @RushernLBaker]

Today is the first day of early voting!

Early polls are open June 11–18, and election day is June 23rd.

This election is about the future of our communities, our families, and our district — and every vote matters.

Make your voice heard.

[Rushern L. Baker III @RushernLBaker]

Stopped by Mama Cole’s grand opening in Upper Marlboro today! Congrats to Chef Demetrius Cole and Marilyn Cole for carrying on Mama Cole’s legacy and the soul food tradition she built over many years. If you’re nearby, stop in and support them!

[Rushern L. Baker III @RushernLBaker]

Grateful to worship this morning at
@AlfredStreetBC
with @PastorHJW and @mtennonbaptist. 🙏🏿

Thank you for the warm welcome, powerful fellowship, and shared commitment to faith, service, and community.

[Rushern L. Baker III @RushernLBaker]

The growing flood of crypto-funded outside spending in Democratic primaries should concern everyone who believes elected officials should answer to voters—not billionaire-backed special interests.

Thank you @VanHollenForMD for raising awareness.

[Patrick Svitek @PatrickSvitek]

Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), who hasn't endorsed in #MD05 primary, is holding presser to warn about AIPAC- & crypto-linked spending for ex-Hoyer aide Adrian Boafo

"It’s important that voters beware & become aware of outside groups that are trying to buy this congressional seat"

[Rushern L. Baker III @RushernLBaker]

Thank you to everyone who joined us at yesterday's Social Security town hall with former Governor and former SSA Commissioner @MartinOMalley.

In Congress, I'll stand up to Trump and fight to protect and strengthen Social Security and Medicare.

[Rushern L. Baker III @RushernLBaker]

I always love spending time with the residents at Collington.

Thank you to everyone for the warm welcome and the love.
