Is Hinduism really “polytheistic”? Part 1 of the article by @Rushik_ptel places Hindu metaphysics in dialogue with #Christian theology to understand how unity and plurality coexist in the Divine.
While Trinitarian models preserve unity through shared essence or person, #Hindu traditions, through the doctrines of Tridevatā, #Rāmānuja and #Vallabhācārya base all plurality within #Brahman itself. The many Devatās are not separate realities but expressions of the One, culminating in #Kṛṣṇa as the complete, infinite, and undivided Brahman.

Is Hinduism really “polytheistic”? Part 1 of the article by Rushik Borad questions monotheism itself by tracing it to 17th-century #Europe and colonial hierarchies.
Using the adhikaraṇa method, #Hindu metaphysics presents one supreme, self-sufficient reality with dependent powers beneath it. In dialogue with #Christian theology, it makes clear that unity of purpose or worship is not the same as true metaphysical oneness.
