This is @CwalletOfficial support, which has frozen my $250 deposit ($150 + $100) without providing any valid explanation.

The deposit came from @Adsgram_ai. I don't know why it was flagged as suspicious on Tonviewer, while Tonscan doesn't show anything suspicious.

When I contacted their support, they simply told me to contact TON support and get the suspicious label removed.

As far as I know, Tonviewer may flag addresses as suspicious when the same memo is used frequently across many transactions. That doesn't mean the tokens sent are fake. But who is going to explain that to Cwallet?

They even refused to refund the USDT back to the sender's address. What a scam.

I'm not the only one—many users have had their funds frozen on Cwallet without any clear reason.
