@VirginMediaIE I completely understand GDPR but seeing as the phone gets u nowhere , the ac holder can’t contact you directly by email (As it won’t connect which is the why im onto u!!)I’m at a loss!judging by SM this isn’t isolated!hardly reassurance of service for new or existing customers!!

@VirginMediaIE 2B honest I find this a very poor response ! There is an obvious issue that no 1 has been able 2 update us on! I’m not the main acc holder , I reside at the residence and u can clearly see we share surname! tried your no &had no luck getting through! Please offer an alternative

@VirginMediaIE Yes been rebooted! Seems to be the same problem as some of the other tweets ! Can connect to certain things but cant connect to emails or certain apps! Other times no connection at all!!
