"We would like to start by saying thank you to the more than 350k players who joined us throughout the Hell Let Loose: Vietnam Open Beta, as well as everyone who took the time to share their feedback with us.

Over the course of the weekend, we loved seeing your clips, screenshots, stories and discussions across social media, Discord, Reddit and our feedback survey. We were also thrilled to see so many of our War Correspondents, content creators and community members sharing their experiences with others.

We want Hell Let Loose: Vietnam to deliver the best possible experience for players on both PC and console. Following intensive internal testing, coupled with the open beta feedback, we've identified several areas where additional development time will allow us to deliver a stronger launch experience.

As a result, we have decided to delay the launch of Hell Let Loose: Vietnam to 13th August.

We know many of you have been patiently awaiting the next chapter in the Hell Let Loose franchise, and we do not take this decision lightly. However, we firmly believe that taking additional time now is the right choice for both the game and the community. We’d also like to thank you for your feedback across surveys, Discord, Reddit and beyond.

The additional development time will allow the team to focus on improving performance, stability and overall gameplay quality ahead of launch. We will continue to share updates on our progress in the coming weeks and provide further information as we move closer to release.

As always, you can continue to share your feedback through our social channels, the official Hell Let Loose Discord and our support page.

🖥️ How to Join:
Visit the Hell Let Loose: Vietnam Steam page and download the Hell Let Loose: Vietnam Playtest app from the Steam Store to jump in.

We will be monitoring server usage throughout the weekend and will be adding more servers as needed depending on player count.

📰 As part of a quality-of-life improvement, players must now complete the relevant tutorials before they can access certain roles, including Commander and Squad Leader. Be sure to finish these tutorials if you want to play in those roles.
- Commander Tutorials: Getting Started, Squad Leader and Commander Tutorials to take the Commander role.
- Squad Leader Tutorials: Getting Started and Squad Leader Tutorials to take Squad Leader role.

We also strongly recommend completing the tutorials for any roles you plan to play, such as Helicopter Pilot, to help you get the most out of the experience.

Build Information & Known Issues:
- A number of video settings do not function as intended.
- Motion blur is disabled for this build and cannot be enabled.
- Some potential rubber banding at long distances.
- Players are able to join full teams when auto balancing is set to on but will be unable to deploy.
- Occasionally newly created units appear in the incorrect section in the Unit Management menu.

We’ll be sharing a survey on FirstLook after the Beta concludes to gather your feedback. Your input will help us improve the experience and shape future development. Thank you for taking part, and we hope you enjoy the playtest!
