@jordanbpeterson I think that our conscience (inner dialogue) is an unnatural evolution derived from Godlessness. To die to oneself is the same as getting rid of self-consciousness, which restores God-consciousness. This is what it is to be like Christ. A beautiful mystery.
Logos was ineffable before its manifestation in Christ. Christ gave the glory of God a Word (rather, a Name). Still too great for words, but at least we have a Name for it now.
@NeilShenvi It depends on the value that one ascribes to "vote." To vote of the "better of 2 evils" may very well mean that you're voting for evil either way.
@NickWeb777 @RuslanKD Preach against anything, and if successfully abolished in the local congregation, something else will fill its place. Lay an axe to the root of the tree and you won't have to wonder why we keep producing bad fruit.
@vervaeke_john And how can one successfully reach that aspiration? We must be loved when we are still fools. The gift of a mother (God?) is to love the the monster. Wise love is giving the love that we never deserved to those who don't deserve.
