@Safaricom_Care good evening. My friend buys the all in one monthly 500/= bundle which promises free WhatsApp even if she uses all her data. She typically uses it up in 3 weeks, and WhatsApp also stops working. Please advise as this isn't how it's promoted.

@KenyaPower_Care WhatsApp used to be brilliant.. Nuru is the biggest pike of shit I've ever seen. I went around in circles endlessly trying to get help with a bill. You make it incredibly difficult to get help, call centres take too long to answer, no replies to emails. Useless.
