@SkyUK avoid sky mobile - they do not answer complaints and treat customer appalling, it’s a shame as the broadband and stream service are amazing - a very let down and annoyed customer
@SkyUK I have a new iPhone, it’s rubbish - I’m in my cooling off period, was told I exchange it, but the phone I was offered failed the credit check, I’m now left with a crap phone that I can’t use
@SkyUK So the only option is for me to sell this iPhone and keep paying the monthly device bill and get a refurbished Samsung, it’s a bit unfair since I’ve only had the iPhone 16 plus for a few weeks, but the phones rubbish. It’s a shame the sky mobile won’t allow me to swap it
@SkyUK just made a complaint, I have a iPhone 16 plus that’s rubbish, asked customer service if I could exchange it - I’ve only had it for under 2 weeks, they said yes but I failed the credit check. I’m now stuck with a awful phone. What happened to the 31 days cooling off period
@asda just been into your kidderminster store and have to say the customer service I experienced was absolutely disgraceful, the staff where so unfriendly and cages where left in your way so you couldn't get pass, I'm absolutely disgusted
