@northernassist We usually would. Unfortunately it was a last minute decision and we were unable to get to the machine in time. We have bought Duo's on the train before and weren't aware of this rule. Next time we are running late or there is a queue for the one machine, we will drive instead.

Hi @northernassist I was denied buying a Duo ticket on the train tonight because I was catching it from a station with a machine. However if I caught the same train from station without a machine, 2 stops away, I would have been sold one. Why is this?

@SkyHelpTeam the experts couldn't help as I don't live with her and can't get her on the phone. Her bill was £44 in March 20, went up to £49.46 in April 20, then £59 until March 21 when it's now £63. She hasn't changed or added anything. What is this 84 year old getting for the 43% increase.
