I play whenever I can when I'm abroad, should I be paying to take my friends as well as my wife ?

If it's a local course I get it and some Golf Clubs will group you up, I have no issue with it

Bought diced lamb (long time ago) separated meat from fat and could only use 40% !!!!

Support local butchers where you can or they'll go the same way as Fishmongers.
