One of the interesting theories about the struggling Red Sox offense in rival front offices is that Boston has been impacted significantly by the enforcement of the coaching boxes. The Red Sox were regarded by some other teams as being extraordinary at ascertaining grips/relaying pitch types to hitters -- and that advantage is now gone.
The 3x World Series champion winning coach of a team with the highest expectations in all of baseball over the past 6 years being put in 'average' says a lot about your ball knowledge.
The amount of Angels fans that have, for some reason, confidently called Dodger Stadium a dump to my face while thinking Angel Stadium is better has always made me chuckle.
This adds to my chuckle.
I’d love to know the solution from those complaining about the “Ohtani Rule” all of a sudden.
Are the Dodgers supposed to taxi a 13th pitcher on the 6 days Ohtani isn’t pitching and deactivate that guy when he starts?
These complaints never occurred when he was languishing in Anaheim.
Sending cards through the mail for autographs is as old as the hobby. Yesavage is off the mark on this one. I'm going to start sending him cards of guy that hit home runs off him. He can keep them.

The Angels posted a video celebrating 60 years in Angels Stadium, they included a montage of some key moments and big time players throughout their franchise’s history.
One player not included in any part of the video? Shohei Ohtani.
The Dodgers are deeply saddened by the passing of local native, longtime Angel and former Dodger Garret Anderson. We send our deepest sympathies to his family and friends.
I loathe the dodgers as much as anyone but the Joe Davis disrespect on this app is always NUTS and if he wasn’t play by play for the dodgers, he’d be unanimously regarded as the best play by play in the league (although I think Dan Shulman and Brian Anderson could give him a run for his money).
