I have never really collected #burgundy bc the plots are small, varied and I never really understood it. But this 2018 grand cru #Corton was an example of a young, not outrageously priced burg that was exceptional price performance. 😋

Dinner at Zurriola, a Basque ⭐️ ⭐️ @MichelinGuideNA in Ginza. The cold smoked caviar, #wagyu and foie gras with Pedro Ximenez Sherry crust were the winners. Add in 2 #tempranillo including 2010 Valbuena Cabernet blend #tokyofood#michelin

The Pizza Bar on the 38th in #tokyo is truly outstanding. Ranked top in Asia and worthy. Now presented as a omakase so you get to try everything. Even the desert 🍕 was fab. Such a fun experience! @50TopPizza#pizza#tokyofood
