HPC My tweet of the 18th July apparently prompted some reaction. The attached photo should clarify the position. This is the wall opposite the entrance to Rock Farm UH and is completely overgrown. It is these walls that the E & M committee want to rescue.

Tim Cross's Environment and Management Committee cleared the footpath at the side of The Green today. Two hours work in 33 degree heat. Lee Burrows provided refreshments. Well done to all.

Harlestone Parish Council. One of the long term projects of the Environment and Management committee is to begin a rather ambitious programme to restore the historic stone walls some of which have been reclaimed by nature.
