Hey @RalphLauren when I order on 27/11 for delivery 5/12 and contact you on 10/12 to chase up… you reply on 15/12 saying an investigation has been launched with UPS and will conclude by 23/12… you don’t seem to realise that Xmas is 2 days later. My daughter will be devastated.
