@AfroAmericanJay @Dretheguard from what i can see its different in the border states like cali and texas which is what drives the stats nationwide. Up here we have way less mexicans and more Dominicans and Puerto Ricans , they dont prefer white dudes over black dude in my experience.

The economics of renting all those cars for that long at market rate is significantly worse than what it would cost to own them. Combined with the legal pressures . It makes sense he would shield assets.
