SCOTUS overturning the Chevron decision is a monumental win for the people and a defeat for the "Administrative State!" When courts hear challenges to agency regulations, judges will consider what Congress passed in law instead of deferring to "laws" created by unelected federal bureaucrats via rule.

This would not have been possible without President Trump’s SCOTUS appointments.
