Came across this memory from 6 years ago and remember so well how Henry behaved. I was in tears seeing how scared he was, thinking he was gonna get punished. It made me want to seek out those who should’ve cared for him before us to ask what the heck is wrong with them. What did they do that left him so scared. We miss our ginger ninja so much. How he would demand cuddles. How he would use one single nail to inflict just enough pain to wake you up so you could cuddle him. We miss him bringing presents in the shape of his favourite toy.
Henry knew only love and kindness with us and we miss the love he gave in return.
