This was filed in November, and AB legal team issued a demurrer in January. It’s snivelling and twisty, the side of law based on word play and deflection. It’s tone undermining the questioning done to Mitchell & perpetrating the ‘But! Alec was just an actorrrr’ PR narrative. 5/6

“Baldwin and Hannah had an initial training session, but Hannah specifically asked for follow-up training on the cross draw technique and Baldwin never attended this training.” 2/

These lawyers aren't really concerned about the harm to Matthew or Andros Hutchins, they are concerned that 'the damage' is to their civil suit, which is legally frivolous.
