In memory of Dad, my siblings & I are doing the Alzheimer’s Society 26.2 mile Peak District Trek.

Seriously @TUIUK absolute joke, going in circles trying to get you to do anything!! Several more hours of my time chasing carrots dangled in front of me to submit all sorts of details to eventually be told there are no agents available, for me to try later and to have a nice day

I want to speak to a person (a real one) with an ounce of common sense, and the ability to actually help, rather than pass my details to the next person that won’t help either.
