@MatthewRideout @Jeep I can easily name better a better customer support crew. To have to replace an engine at 56k miles due to a known faulty rocker arm is ridiculous. 16k is what they want to charge me. I joined the class action lawsuit against Jeep instead.

@Jeep 56k miles and I have to replace my engine. The dealer wants 16k for that. We all know it’s the faulty oil cooler design and bad bearings in the rocker arms that causes these engine failures. It is well known across the auto world. I joined in on the class action suit!
