Does anyone know what this porcelain mark is? I know it's vintage, made in Germany, but would like to know what the "T" stands for. It's on the bottom of a shaving brush holder made as a souvenir.
#NationalPuzzleDay - and we just happen to have some prepared, made with postcards from our collection So why not give them a try!

Can anyone help with translation or information? This mark is on the bottom of a bowl in the Collection. The only information we have is that it is oriental. I've tried Google translate on the mark and nothing.... Thank you :)
#MuseumSelfieDay - this is me (Claire) in our permanent gallery. Just finished a brilliant online course with @SEmuseumD and about to get chairs out for this afternoons public talk on East Sussex artists.
#Museum30 and #Technology - how about this cigarette machine that once stood outside a local shop. It had to be taken apart so it could be screwed to the wall, giving us a good luck inside. Unfortunately any repairs it needed are out of warranty!
#Museum30 and #Hands - even the adults get busy at our crafty sessions. This was taken in the summer holidays, making seaside themed hanging decorations with mosaics.
#Museum30 and #Frame - I love the frame on this painting by Laura Happerfield. She lived in the Village in The Street. Much of her work featured Bath and Bristol, and was asked to do a miniature for the doll's house at Windsor Castle.
#Museum30 and #travel - for this day, I couldn't miss out a Southdown Bus. 🚌 This is a great shot of the Route 66 to Arundel pulling out of Claigmar Road. The Street has changed a bit since 1955, but we still have the regular bus service through the Village.
#Museum30 and #Storage - it has to be our brand new art racking!! 😍 We now have somewhere safe and accessible to put all of our artworks and big flat things like church clocks. This is thanks to a Collections Care grant from South East Museum Development
@_zoethomas Count us in!!! We have some great connections here at #Rustington as the home to some underrated Suffragists like Rhoda and Agnes Garrett. Plus Sir Hubert and Maud Parry who were both active.
#Museum30 and it's yellow day! This is a little yellow ticket from the local WI group. Rustington was home to several Suffragists, like Rhoda Garrett (Millicent Fawcett's cousin) and Lady Maude Parry. Also Suffragette Dame Ethel Smyth.
We are very excited to host a talk by Josh Duffee on the life & music of famous Rustington resident Teddy Brown, with images & music samples. To get FREE Tickets - contact 01903 788478, [email protected] or Eventbrite:

@SussexExclusive They used to hold reunions at the Princess Marina House in Rustington. We currently have a small display on this as part of a larger one on Princess Marina House's history and it's future with the @BlindVeterans
