@eir @eircare’s automated system is absolutely bullshit it’s the most impossible system to actually even get through to someone on. If you wants a reliable phone/broadband company with good customer service then eir is not the provider for you🫰

I’ve 3 different accounts with @eircare all of which send me emails with the account number on them but when I enter any of the 3 account numbers it tells me they don’t recognise any of the accounts. You’ve no problem recognising these account when yous want money🖕
