During @GovBillLee’s administration, TNECD's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program has funded 186 miles of water and sewer lines across the state, a distance longer than the 181 miles between the Tennessee State Capitol in Nashville and Neyland Stadium in Knoxville.

When you trust us with your child’s education in a public school, it becomes our job to keep them safe during school hours. We passed my bill, SB2423, which prohibits certain unhealthy artificial dyes in school nutrition programs. We are working to protect our children.

National Foster Care Month celebrates the heart of Tennessee's foster families. Last year, I helped pass HB1359, which strengthens legal protections for children in the foster system, ensuring dignity and security for our most vulnerable youth.
We are kicking foreign adversaries off of Tennessee’s land. This year, I sponsored SB2424, which bars prohibited foreign parties, like China, Russia, and Iran, from investing in residential, commercial, or vacant properties in Tennessee. Tennesseans come first, not our enemies.
