We're building a world of waste. The Bantar Gebang landfill outside of Jakarta alone stretches across 200 football fields.
It's time to move beyond linear systems to ones that are truly circular in nature: https://t.co/rWRSRcm4T1

I won £100 with @Ladbrokes and I've now had an email telling me "You have 7 days to withdraw your balance, as we are closing your account". They don't like winners. 😡
Im trundling around #Wales with these samples of the plants that we grow. When you think of the number of lorries full of imported plants heading here there must be room for a few that are grown here in Wales
Around 100 MILLION SHARKS are killed annually for their fins. Exact figures are hard to pinpoint due to illegal finning and inconsistent data impacting on Shark populations globally.
The main areas for the consumption and trade of shark fin soup are East and Southeast Asia, particularly within Chinese communities worldwide.
Sharks targeted by finners aren't taken whole; their valuable fins (a single, large fin can be worth more than $1,300 USD dependent on the Shark species) are sliced off and the LIVING mutilated Shark is tossed back into the sea to sink and slowly die. It is despicably inhumane. The obliteration of 400 million years of evolution for some perceived social status with serving Shark fin soup isn't just idiotic and cruel - and it's TRAGIC!

If you think "Tradition" is lining the Streets to Applaud the Rich as they head off to tear up native wild animals with packs of dogs for Sport, then you need your head checked
Petition To End Toro Jubilo ‘Festival’
A Bull Was Set on Fire for "Tradition." This Cruel Spectacle Must End Now.
In the Spanish town of Medinaceli, a Bull was forced to endure hours of terror and pain during this year's Toro Jubilo, which is a festival in which burning fireballs are strapped to a Bull's horns and set alight while crowds look on.
