@British_Airways @British_Airways We are now getting a flight to another destination and went to the airport early to try and sort it but nobody was at the airport from BA. Can we get an email address or something that will actually deal with this please?

@British_Airways we are on honeymoon. Our bags never arrived. We have tried contacting all the phone numbers. We are unable to make a claim online as we do not have the BA ref.
