This is Richard Komakech a Ugandan soldier who unalived 26 people at a Kampala wedding on June 26 1994 all because a woman named Irene Ati rejected to dance with him.

After being kicked out of the wedding blud returned 10mins later armed with a rifle and immediately executing Ati before opening fire blindly into the crowd killing 14 on the spot and fatally wounding 12 more.

The coward then shot himself but failed only wounding his forehead and pretending to be dead until police arrived.

However, Irene Ati's grieving father broke through the police line and ended him.
