You can tell a lot about an organisation looking at their "Tweets & Replies"

1. No replies at all
2. Tonedeaf copy/paste replies
3. Mostly defending themselves

@wanderingleah Fo reals. That's why I asked for specific examples of what they do and how it shows. All too easy just to throw in the keyword "diversity".

Just came out of an interview where the interviewer independently brought up the commitment to diversity early on. Including tangeable examples of how they hire and empower.
